To edit this page simply login to the control panel, click the Website Content tab and choose the View Web Pages option. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds as our items are made and or/embellished based on the size/s you order at the time of purchase. We will accept exchanges for size only. We must be notified within 3 days of your package being delivered, if there is a size related problem, or damaged merchandise that requires exchange. It will then be the customer's responsibilty to send the merchandise promptly back, after the shop gives approval. We only exchange for the same item, in a different size- not for another product.
If you need to exchange an item for size, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions on how to proceed.
We ship via USPS. Standard first class mail takes an average of 3-7 days to arrive once it leaves us. Priority 2-3 day takes approx 2-3 days to arrive once it leaves us (this is not a "gauranteed" service by USPS- rather a "promised" service). Priority Express 1-2 day is approx 1-2 days to arrive once it leaves us.
International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International. Depending on your Country- It could take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive once it leaves us. Any custom's fees are the responsibilty of the buyer, and may vary based on Country.
We are responsible for your order until it is turned over to the postal system. After that, we unfortuantely cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, as it is totally out of our control.
Current processing times are approx 3 days for most items (before shipping), with the exception of tutus from the tuu section. Tutus are currently approx 7-10 days processing, before shipping.
